After suffering a neck injury against the Eagles in Week 5 of last season, David Wilson has been on a long rehab process. He was supposed to play at the mini camp but couldn’t do much because doctors hadn’t cleared him from the risk of further injuring his neck. Well, now the Giants are able to put him to use once again.
The team’s running game has been sort of a mess the past few years, and because of the disappointing season Eli Manning had last year, the offense in general followed right after. Now it seems the Giants will be able to offer much more threat to opponent’s defenses with their 2012 1st Round Draft pick being healthy again and the implementation of the new offensive system by Ben McAdoo going well according to Manning himself.
There’s much work to do during the camp, but Giants fans can finally hope that the big blue offense will make them proud once again.
Stay tuned for training camp news during the weeks to come.
