2013 NBA Draft Lottery: Cavs Win Lottery, Nets at No. 22, Knicks at No. 24 in Draft Order

The Cleveland Cavaliers will pick first overall in the 2013 NBA draft on June 27 after winning the NBA draft lottery Tuesday night—this will be the third time in 11 years that Cleveland picks first.

The Orlando Magic will take the No. 2 pick despite their 25 percent shot at the first pick, compared to Cleveland’s 15 percent odds.
